Terms of Service
The agreement between you and us: what we promise, what we ask of you, and what happens when something goes wrong.
Who this is between
These terms are between you, or the organisation you represent, and Proceed Interactive Marketing Group LTD, registered in Cyprus under number HE 371549, registered office Onoufriou Kliride 9, 6027 Larnaca, Cyprus. By creating an account you accept them.
If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so and “you” means that company.
What the service is
EngageDigital lets you connect social media accounts, schedule and publish content to them, read and reply to comments and reviews, manage a Google Business Profile, and see reporting across the accounts you connect.
We publish through the official APIs of each platform. What is possible on each network is set by that network, not by us, and can change without notice, including a platform removing a capability we currently offer. Where that happens we will tell you in the changelog.
Early-access members and Beta features
EngageDigital opened to everyone on 13 October 2026.
People who joined the early-access waitlist before 13 October 2026 keep the rate they joined on for 12 months from the day paid plans open, on the plan they chose. That commitment is ours and we will honour it.
Some features are marked Beta in the app, such as Automations. Beta features may change or be withdrawn, and we announce changes in the changelog. Keep your own copy of anything important you create with them.
Your account
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including what your team members do.
- Keep your credentials secure and turn on multi-factor authentication when we offer it.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got in.
- You must be at least 16 and have the authority to connect each social account you add.
What you may not do
You agree not to use EngageDigital to:
- publish anything unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or infringing someone else’s rights
- send spam, run engagement-farming schemes, or operate accounts you do not have permission to operate
- break the terms of any connected platform; their rules apply to you through us
- attempt to exceed, circumvent or disguise your plan’s limits
- resell or white-label the service without a written agreement with us
- probe, scrape or interfere with our infrastructure
This is a summary. The full rules, including how the Assistant, client links and the API may be used, are in the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. We may suspend an account that breaks them, and we will tell you why. Where the breach is serious or repeated we may close it.
The connected platforms
You are responsible for holding the right to post to every account you connect, and for complying with each platform’s own terms. If a platform suspends or restricts one of your accounts, that is between you and them. We can tell you what we sent and when, but we cannot reverse it.
Platforms set their own daily posting limits per account. We enforce them so that your accounts stay in good standing, and we will not raise them on request.
Plans, limits and fair use
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of posts, comment and review replies, and AI generations. Reading your inbox is never metered. Drafts do not count. A post that fails, or one you delete after scheduling, does count, because it has already consumed the allowance.
Allowances reset at the start of each billing period: weekly on weekly plans, monthly otherwise. When you run out, scheduling pauses; nothing already queued is lost.
Payment
Paid plans are not yet open. When they are, you will be able to pay weekly, monthly or annually, in advance, and to change or cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are in, except where the law says otherwise.
Prices are shown in US dollars or euros and are exclusive of VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout from your billing country and added where applicable. Businesses in the European Union outside Cyprus that give us a valid VAT number are invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism, and account for it themselves. If we change prices we will give at least 30 days’ notice, and any founding-rate commitment we have made to you is honoured first.
Costs we pass through
Some platforms charge per API call. X currently charges per post published through its API: $0.015 for a standard post and $0.20 for one containing a link. Where that happens we show you the charge before you publish, we pass it through at the price we are charged, and we add nothing to it. These charges are separate from your subscription and are billed against a prepaid balance.
Who owns what
You own your content: the posts you write, the media you upload, everything you publish. You grant us only the licence we need to store it, process it and publish it to the accounts you tell us to, and that licence ends when you delete the content or close the account.
We own EngageDigital itself: the software, the design, the brand and the documentation. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to you.
If you send us feedback or a feature request, we may act on it without owing you anything for it.
The Assistant and AI output
The Assistant and the other AI features produce drafts: posts, replies, ideas and summaries. You decide what happens to them. Nothing is published, sent or scheduled until someone in your workspace approves it, and once approved it is your content, published under your name like anything else you publish.
AI output can be inaccurate, out of date, or wrong for a platform or an audience. Check facts, prices, dates and claims before you approve, and follow each platform’s rules on labelling content that was generated or altered with AI.
Each plan includes a monthly number of AI generations, shown in Billing. A generation is one answer from the Assistant that produces content, such as drafts or suggested replies. Questions that only read your data, such as what is scheduled tomorrow, do not count.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running and we will publish planned maintenance in advance. We do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee at this stage.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time from the dashboard. We can end it with 30 days’ notice, or immediately if you breach these terms in a way that is serious or that we have already asked you to fix.
On closure you can export your data for 30 days. After that we delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of your own country’s mandatory rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we will email you at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not accept them you can close your account before the date; continuing to use the service means you accept the new version.
