For online shops and DTC brands

Every unanswered comment is a checkout that didn’t happen.

“Do you ship to Cyprus?” on a Reel from 3 days ago. “Is this back in stock?” under a TikTok. “How does this compare on price?” in a subreddit. Those are buying questions, and most of them never get answered.

Where the money leaks

Today
Shipping and sizing questions sit unanswered under posts nobody revisits.
A comparison thread about your product ranks above your own product page.
The Google listing for the physical shop hasn’t been touched since it was claimed.
Pinterest, which sends traffic for months, gets posted to when someone remembers.
Nobody knows which format sells, because the reporting resets every 30 days.
With EngageDigital
Every comment across 9 networks in one queue, with a draft reply waiting.
You’re in the subreddit thread the week it appears, not the month after.
Hours, stock pickup info and offers live on the listing with a Shop button.
The pin library grows on a schedule and keeps earning long after the post date.
A history that runs back to the day you connected, so seasonality is visible.

REDDIT
Be in the comparison thread

REPORTING
Which format actually sold
Normalised metrics across networks with a history that doesn’t expire, so you can compare this November to last one.

Where the comments actually are

9 networks import comments into the inbox. Two of the most commercially important, X and Pinterest, expose no comments API to anyone.

9 networks
Comments imported, with full reply threads and moderation
+ reviews
Google reviews and Facebook recommendations in the same queue
Unmetered
Reading the inbox never counts against your plan, on any tier

How we’d set it up

How we’d run it for a shop doing real volume across a handful of networks.

PLAN
Agency at $49 a month. You want the review inbox, the Google module and the full analytics history.
FIRST
Import post history on Instagram and TikTok so you can see which of last quarter’s formats actually performed before planning the next one.
DAILY
20 minutes on the inbox, oldest first. Shipping and stock questions before anything else, because they’re the ones with a basket attached.
WEEKLY
One Reddit post or reply in the 2 subreddits where your category is discussed. Slower than ads, and it keeps working.
SEASONAL
Schedule the campaign as a CSV. Pinterest first, because it needs the longest run-up to earn its impressions.

Questions

Does this connect to my store?
No. We manage social accounts and Google listings, not your catalogue. Product feeds and shopping tags are outside what we do.
Can I tag products in posts?
You can tag people and locations on Instagram, and set alt text and destination links throughout. Catalogue product tagging isn’t something we support.
How fast does the inbox update?
It syncs on a schedule and on demand. The platforms don’t push comments to us live, so nothing here is truly instant.
What about X?
You can publish to X and it’s billed at cost, but X has no comments or analytics in EngageDigital. Replies there stay on X.
