For agencies and freelancers

20 clients. One bill that doesn’t move.

Every other tool in this category prices by profile or by seat, which means winning work makes your software bill go up. Ours doesn’t. Connect 3 accounts or 400, the price is the same.

A Tuesday, before and after

Today
11 browser tabs, one per client, because comments live inside each app.
A software bill that grew again because you onboarded a client with 9 profiles.
2 clients on Discord and Reddit that you post to by hand, from your phone.
Monthly reports rebuilt in a spreadsheet because the tool only keeps 30 days.
A post that failed on Thursday and nobody noticed until the client asked.
With EngageDigital
One inbox holding comments, Google reviews and Facebook recommendations for every client.
The same price at 200 accounts as at 20.
Discord and Reddit on the same calendar as Instagram, with the subreddit rules checked first.
Reports built from a history that starts the day you connect and never expires.
The failed post flagged with the platform’s own error, requeued in a click.

What actually changes when you run a client list

PRICING
Nothing per profile, ever
The pitch you make to a new client no longer has a software cost attached to it. Unlimited connected accounts on every paid plan.

INBOX
One queue for the whole book
Filter by client, by platform or by post. Assign a thread to whoever handles that account, mark it done so nobody answers twice.
How the inbox works →
LOCAL
The Google listings you inherited
Half your clients are local. Hours, services, menus, photos and the search-terms report, for every location, from one screen.
The local module →
VOLUME
A quarter, queued before lunch
Upload the content calendar as a CSV, map the columns, review the queue. Built for a month of posts across dozens of accounts.
Bulk scheduling →
REPORTING
History that survives the contract
We snapshot daily into our own store, so year-on-year comparisons work even though the platform APIs expire after 30 days.
What we report →
ONBOARDING
Clients connect their own accounts
Each account goes through its own official OAuth screen. You never hold a client password, and you never ask for one.

What per-profile pricing costs at agency size

20 clients with 10 connected accounts each. Competitor figures read from their own pricing pages on 20 September 2026.

$345
Buffer Essentials, 200 channels, monthly billing with volume bands
€995
Hootsuite Professional at €199 a seat, 5 seats, billed annually
$99
EngageDigital Business, at 200 profiles or 400

How we’d set it up

What we’d put in front of an agency on day one, based on how the plans actually break.

PLAN
Agency at $49 a month includes approvals with client links, a read-only calendar link per client, the All clients view and roles (Editor, Approver, Client). Business at $99 adds the API, webhooks and MCP once the post volume climbs.
FIRST WEEK
Connect the biggest client first and run the post history import, so the dashboard has something in it before the first internal demo.
INBOX
One person owns the queue each morning. Assign, reply, mark done. Response time is the metric nobody on your team is currently measuring.
LOCAL CLIENTS
Audit the Google Business fields on every listing you manage. Services, attributes and hours are usually empty and take half an hour each to fix.
REPORTING
Set the monthly export on day one, even if nobody reads it yet. The history only starts accumulating once you’ve connected.

Questions

Can I give a client access to only their accounts?
Team roles and per-account permissions are on the Business plan. A client sees their own workspace and nothing else.
What happens when I lose a client?
You disconnect their accounts and your bill doesn’t change, which is the point. On a per-profile tool you’d be downgrading a plan.
Do I need my clients’ passwords?
No, and you shouldn’t have them. Every connection goes through the platform’s own login screen.
Is there a limit on team members?
Not on Business. We don’t bill per seat, so adding the new hire costs nothing.

Win the client. Keep the same bill.
