Sub-processors
Every company that touches data on our behalf, what they do, and where they are. We publish this before launch rather than after, and we tell you before it changes.
Current list
This list is complete as of 21 September 2026. If a provider is not on it, it does not receive your data. Where a provider is outside the EEA we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, together with a transfer impact assessment.
Notified in advance
These providers are not in use today and receive nothing. We are listing them now because our DPA commits us to 30 days’ notice before a sub-processor is added, and we would rather run that notice early than delay a decision later. If one is switched on, it moves into the table above with the date it started.
How we announce changes
We give at least 30 days’ notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor. Notice goes out by email to account administrators and is posted here with the date it takes effect.
Customers with a Data Processing Agreement can object on reasonable grounds within the notice period, as set out in the DPA.
What is not on this list
The social platforms themselves, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google and the rest, are not our sub-processors. When you connect an account you authorise us to act on it through their API; your relationship with each platform is direct and governed by their own terms.
The same goes for services you connect yourself. When you link Canva, Google Drive or Dropbox to import files, or connect your own AI client, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to your workspace through our MCP server or API, you choose to share data with that service under your own agreement with it.
mylink.ie, the link-in-bio service included in paid plans, is run by the same company as EngageDigital, Proceed Interactive Marketing Group LTD, so it is not a third party.
We use no advertising networks, no data brokers and no enrichment services, so none appear here.

Write to [email protected] and we will email you whenever this page is updated. It is a separate list from the newsletter and the waitlist, and carries nothing else.
