You can post a reply from EngageDigital. Reading the workspace stays in Slack.

The real limits

Slack connects through a workspace app rather than a personal login, so an admin authorises it once and every post names its channel. Useful for client workspaces where you shouldn’t be a full member.

Comments
No messages come into the inbox.
You can send a reply from here, but the workspace conversation isn’t imported. Your team keeps reading Slack in Slack. We’d rather say that than have you find out in week two.

Analytics
No analytics API exists.
Slack doesn’t offer message analytics to anyone. What you get is the post record and its schedule, which is still more than a note in someone’s calendar.
What we report →

Why it’s in the set at all

Client workspaces
Post a weekly update into a client’s Slack without being in it all day.
Internal announcements
The company news that should go out at nine on Monday, written on Friday.
Custom identity
A different sender name per message, so an automated post doesn’t look like a person forgot to log out.

Internal comms deserve a calendar too.

Unlimited accounts on every paid plan. The beta opens October 2026.
