For local and multi-location businesses
The listing that outranks your website deserves more than a monthly post.
For a taverna, a clinic, a garage or a hotel, the Google Business Profile is the shopfront. It appears above the website, it answers the questions people actually ask, and it’s usually half empty.

What most listings look like right now
Today
Opening hours that were right in 2023 and wrong on the last public holiday.
An empty services list, so Google has nothing to match a search against.
Reviews nobody replied to, including the two-star one at the top.
Photos uploaded once when the listing was created.
No idea which words people typed to find the place.
With EngageDigital
Regular, special and holiday hours set for the whole year from one screen.
Services with prices, attributes, and for restaurants the full menu.
Every review in the same inbox as your Instagram comments, with a draft reply ready.
New photos scheduled alongside the social calendar, categorised properly.
A monthly search-terms report showing exactly what brought people in.
The listing, the reviews and the social feed, in one place
PROFILE
Every field, not just posts
Hours, services, attributes, menus, photos, booking and ordering links. The parts that decide whether you appear for “open now near me”.
The local module →REVIEWS
Answered, not ignored
Reviews and Facebook recommendations import into the inbox with their rating. Google allows one owner reply, so we show what’s live before you replace it.
The unified inbox →SEARCH TERMS
The words that brought them in
A monthly list with impression counts, plus calls, directions and website clicks. It tells you which service to add and what to call the next page on your site.
See the report →POSTS
Offers, events and alerts
With real call-to-action buttons: book, order, call. And coupon codes with dates and terms attached.
Google Business posting →SOCIAL
The feed, on the same calendar
Instagram, Facebook and TikTok scheduled alongside the listing, so the offer goes out everywhere on the same morning.
How publishing works →AI
Review replies that don’t sound canned
Different register for 5 stars and for two, drafted from what the customer actually wrote. Never defensive.
The AI assistant →The fields that are usually empty
Every one of these is a matching signal Google uses, and every one is editable here in bulk across all the locations you manage.
Services
With prices, including custom ones Google doesn’t suggest
Attributes
Accessibility, payments and amenities, with the valid set per category and country
Menus
Sections, dishes and prices for restaurant-class listings
How we’d set it up
The order we’d work through it for a local client, whether that’s one shop or 40.
PLAN
Agency at $49 a month. The Google Business module and the review inbox both start there.
WEEK ONE
Fix the listing before posting anything. Hours, categories, services, attributes and photos: an hour per location and the biggest single win available.
REVIEWS
Import the last 200 and reply to anything unanswered, oldest first. Google shows reply rate to nobody, but customers notice.
RHYTHM
One Google post a week with a CTA button, plus the social calendar. Offers and events do more than updates.
MEASURE
Read the search terms monthly. Anything appearing there that isn’t in the services list is a gap you can close in 5 minutes.
Questions
Do I need a separate tool for Google?
That’s exactly what we replaced. The listing and the social accounts run from one dashboard on the same plan.
Can I manage several locations?
Yes, and there’s no per-location charge. Connect all of them; the price is the same.
What about replying to reviews?
Import, draft, publish, edit. Google allows one owner reply per review and we show you the existing one before you overwrite it.
Is the search-terms data really from Google?
Yes, it comes from the listing itself. Very low-volume terms are reported as a threshold rather than an exact number, and we show them that way rather than rounding.
Fix the shopfront before posting to the feed.
The beta opens October 2026. Early access goes out in signup order.
