One idea. 15 native posts.

A Reel is not a tweet is not a subreddit submission. Write the idea once, then let each network take the format, the fields and the labels it actually supports.

One scheduled item counts as one post, however many accounts it goes to.
Why cross-posting got a bad name
The caption that fits nowhere
30 hashtags on LinkedIn. A 280-character truncation on X. The same text, four wrong contexts.
The formats you can’t reach
No Stories, no document carousels, no photo mode, no subreddit flair. So you post those by hand anyway.
The silent rejection
A Reel at the wrong aspect ratio. A PNG in TikTok photo mode. You find out from the client.
Per-platform overrides

Change one network without touching the rest.

Start from the shared text, then open any platform tab and edit only that one. Different caption, different media, different cover frame, different privacy setting. The others stay exactly as they were. Saved hashtag groups and the first comment go in with one click.

Instagram: alt text, collaborators, people tags with position, location, paid-partnership label, trial reels, Reels music (Instagram connected through Facebook), first comment
LinkedIn: PDF carousels, @mentions of people and companies, visibility, reshare off, hide from feed
Reddit: subreddit with its live rules, flair, NSFW, self text or link, galleries where allowed
Discord: target channel, and a custom bot name and avatar per post
Checked before it goes

We fail loudly here, not silently there.

Every post is validated against the network’s own rules before it leaves: aspect ratio, bitrate, duration, file count, format, character count, and the subreddit’s posting requirements, fetched live before you submit.

If the platform rejects something anyway, the post lands in a failed state carrying the network’s own error message, so you fix the real cause and requeue in one click. And if a token has expired, you hear about it before the scheduled time, not after it.

PASSED · INSTAGRAM REEL
9:16, 24 s, 18 Mbps, inside every limit.
BLOCKED · TIKTOK PHOTO MODE
TikTok photo mode takes JPG or WebP only. Swap the file before scheduling.
BLOCKED · REDDIT
That subreddit requires a flair. Pick one from the live list before submitting.
HEADS UP · LINKEDIN
Your text is 3,240 characters. LinkedIn cuts at 3,000.
HEADS UP · X
This post costs $0.015 in X API fees, or $0.20 if it contains a link. Nothing added by us.

Every format we can publish

The real numbers, not a marketing summary. Where a network is stricter than we’d like, the limit is theirs and we enforce it so your account stays healthy.

Whatever the platform allows, our own ceiling is 5 GB a video, 25 MB an image and 100 MB a PDF, and we enforce whichever is smaller. * Mastodon text is set by the instance you are on, usually 500 characters.

Write it once. Let each network take its own shape.

Publishing opens with the beta in October 2026, on all 15 platforms.
