Most schedulers don’t do this at all

Schedule to your Discord server like it’s a real channel.

Because it is. A community of 11,000 people who chose to be there beats 11,000 followers the algorithm decides not to show. Put it on the same calendar as everything else.

What you can publish

CHANNEL MESSAGE
Text and attachments
Up to 2,000 characters and 10 files, into whichever channel you pick. Schedule it like any other post.
IDENTITY
A different name per post
Override the display name and avatar on each message: “Release bot” for changelogs, the brand for announcements.
REPLIES
Send into the thread
You can post replies from EngageDigital. Reading the server’s conversation stays in Discord, see below.

The real limits

Discord connects through a channel webhook rather than a normal OAuth login, so an admin sets it up once and every post names the channel it goes to.

The upside: no token to expire. The tradeoff: the attachment ceiling is low and there’s no read access to the server.

What we can’t do here
Discord messages don’t come into the inbox.
You can send a reply from EngageDigital, but the server’s conversation isn’t imported, so your community manager still reads the server in Discord. We’d rather say that plainly than let you discover it in week two.
And no numbers
There is no Discord analytics API.
Not for us, not for anyone. Any tool showing you Discord reach numbers is estimating them. What you get here is the post record and its schedule, which is still more than a spreadsheet of “posted manually”.

Why we bothered building this

No algorithm in the way
Everyone in the channel sees the message. That is increasingly rare and worth scheduling properly.
It’s where product audiences already are
Games, software, creators, crypto, local clubs. If your client has a server, it’s usually their warmest audience.
Nobody else covers it
Which is why it’s currently a person pasting announcements by hand at nine in the morning.

Put the server on the calendar.
