Features / Platforms / Google Business Profile
Google Business Profile, managed like a channel.
Updates, events, offers and alerts with real call-to-action buttons, and behind them the whole listing: hours, services, menus, photos, attributes, and the search terms people used to find the place.

What you can publish
UPDATE
A standard post
Text, one image and a call-to-action button: book, order, shop, sign up, learn more or call.
OFFER
With a coupon code
Start and end dates, a redemption link, the code itself and the terms.
EVENT
With a date range
Title, schedule and a button, so it shows on the listing while it’s relevant.
The real limits
Google Business is a listing, not a feed, and it behaves differently from everything else here. Posts are short-lived; the profile fields underneath them are what actually decide whether the business appears at all.
Comments
Reviews, in the same inbox.
Reviews import with rating, reviewer, date and any existing owner reply. Google allows one reply per review, so we show what’s already published before you replace it. Re-syncing updates in place and never duplicates.
How the inbox works →Analytics
Location data, and search terms.
No per-post analytics, because Google doesn’t provide them. What you get instead is more useful: location impressions in Search and Maps, calls and directions, and the monthly list of search terms customers typed to reach the listing.
What we report →This is where the local work actually lives
The whole profile, not just posts
Regular and holiday hours, services with prices, food menus, attributes, action links and photos.
Search terms with impressions
The report that tells you which service to add and what to name the next page on the client’s site.
20 clients, one screen
Instead of 20 logins to a console designed for a single business owner.
