Per-channel figures use Buffer Essentials on monthly billing with its volume bands, read from buffer.com/pricing on 22 September 2026. Plan picks assume roughly 3 posts a week per account.
Daily platform caps
Networks set their own daily limit per account: around 50 a day on Instagram, 18 on LinkedIn, 10 on TikTok. We enforce them so nothing gets you flagged.
X is billed at cost
X charges per post through its API: $0.015 for a standard post and $0.20 for one containing a link. It comes out of a prepaid balance, we show the figure before you publish, and we add nothing on top. X has no comments or analytics in EngageDigital.
mylink.ie Pro, included
Every paid plan comes with the Pro tier of mylink.ie, our own bio-link platform: bio pages, mini sites, story links, themes and visitor analytics. VIP, which adds white label and a custom domain, is a paid upgrade there.
Change or cancel anytime
Switch between weekly, monthly and annual whenever you like. Annual is refunded pro rata in the first 30 days.
What counts as a post?
One scheduled item, however many networks it goes to. A post counts when you schedule it. Drafts never count.
What counts as a reply?
Replies you send and first comments on your posts. Reading your Inbox never counts.
Which comments show in the Inbox?
Comments on posts published through EngageDigital, and on posts you import (up to 100 recent posts per account each month). Posts made directly in a platform’s app show up after import.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial.
Are AI images labelled?
Yes, automatically, on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and Pinterest. AI images are coming soon: 3, 30, 100 and 250 a month on Free, Starter, Agency and Business.
Who is responsible for what I post?
You are, including AI-generated content, and for following each network’s rules.
What happens if I run out?
Scheduling pauses; nothing already queued is lost. Upgrade, or wait for the reset. Drafts never count.
Why is weekly not a quarter of monthly?
Because flexibility costs us more in card fees and churn. If you know you’ll stay a month, monthly is cheaper.
Do you white-label?
Coming soon on Business: custom domains and fully white-label client reports. Agency already puts your logo on reports.
