Reporting with a memory longer than a month.
The platform APIs expire their analytics after about a month. We take a snapshot every day and keep it, so a year from now you can still show a client what last March looked like.
Instagram and LinkedIn on the same chart.
Metrics are normalised to one vocabulary, so you can put accounts side by side without a spreadsheet in between. Where you need the platform’s own shape of the data, such as audience demographics, reaction breakdowns or watch-time splits, the raw payload is there underneath.
Where the numbers come from, and where they don’t
When a platform doesn’t return a metric, we show a zero and tell you why. We would rather explain a gap than invent a figure you put in front of a client.
We snapshot daily so you can look back.
Social APIs expire their analytics after about a month. We pull a snapshot every day and store it, which is why year-on-year comparisons work here and don’t elsewhere.
The report you can still run next year.
