Changelog
Everything we ship, dated.
3 months of internal testing, written down as it happened. Including the weeks where the honest entry is “this broke and here is what we changed”. If a feature is on the marketing pages, it’s in here with a date.
Get it by email
One message a month with what shipped. Separate from the waitlist, and you can be on one without the other.
Ask to be addedBulk CSV import with column mapping
A month of content in one upload: map your columns once, review the queue, then schedule the lot. Dated rather than promised. If it slips, this entry changes and we say why.
PUBLISHINGVOLUMEAI drafts that read the platform first
One brief in, one version per selected network out, written against that network’s character limit and format rather than truncated to fit. Reply drafts read the whole comment thread, including replies you haven’t opened. It still won’t find your brand voice: give it a few real posts or it sounds like everything else.
AIPUBLISHINGSearch terms report for Google Business
The queries people actually typed before they found a listing, per client, per month, with impression counts, next to Search and Maps impressions, calls, direction requests and website clicks. Very low-volume terms show as a threshold, the way Google reports them.
GOOGLE BUSINESSREPORTINGDaily analytics snapshot
Most platform APIs expire their numbers after about 30 days. We now pull a snapshot every night and store it, so the history starts accumulating from the day an account is connected rather than resetting every month. Year-on-year comparisons become possible from September 2027.
REPORTINGSubreddit rules checked before you post
Reddit posts now read the subreddit’s rules and required flair before submitting, so a post that would break them is rejected in the composer instead of by the moderators. The limitation worth knowing: we can only check the rules a subreddit publishes through the API. Unwritten conventions are still your job.
REDDITPUBLISHINGExpired tokens were failing posts silently
Between 11 and 20 August, a post scheduled against an account whose token had expired failed without notifying anyone. 19 posts across four internal accounts were affected. Connections are now checked ahead of the scheduled time, a warning appears in the dashboard before the post is due, and a failure carries the platform’s own error message with a one-click requeue.
RELIABILITYSnapchat and Google Business Profile: 15 networks
Snapchat Stories and Spotlight, which needs a Public Profile on the client’s side, and Google Business posts with real call-to-action buttons. That completes the list we set out to cover. The full listing editor followed later.
SNAPCHATGOOGLE BUSINESSModeration from the inbox
Like, hide and delete comments on the platform straight from the inbox, on every network except Threads, which only allows replies. Every comment also links to the exact comment on the platform.
INBOXComments import from 9 networks
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Threads, Mastodon and Bluesky, with full reply threads rather than a flat list. Reading the inbox is not metered on any plan and never will be. X and Pinterest are absent because neither exposes comments to any tool.
INBOXInstagram Reels rejected without an explanation
Uploads outside Instagram’s accepted aspect ratio were bouncing back with an opaque API error. Media is now validated against each platform’s real constraints before anything leaves: ratio, duration, bitrate, file count and format. The rejection happens in our editor, where you can fix it.
INSTAGRAMPUBLISHINGPer-platform overrides in the composer
Start from shared text, then open any network’s tab and change only that one. Different caption, different media, different cover frame. The first version shipped with Instagram, LinkedIn and Reddit fields; the rest followed over the next fortnight.
PUBLISHINGDiscord and Slack, through webhooks
Scheduled channel posts with a custom sender name and avatar per message. A server admin sets the webhook once and there is no token to expire afterwards. We can send into a channel but not read it, and we say so on the platform pages rather than leaving you to find out.
DISCORDSLACKScheduling with a real queue
Timezone-aware scheduling per workspace, a queue you can reorder, and the platform’s own daily posting caps enforced so an account doesn’t get flagged. Around 50 a day on Instagram, 18 on LinkedIn, 10 on TikTok.
PUBLISHINGFirst 13 platforms connected
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, Reddit, Discord and Slack, each through its own official OAuth screen or webhook. No passwords, anywhere. Internal accounts only at this stage.
