Facebook Pages, with the formats still worth using.
Page posts, Reels and Stories, link attachments with a proper preview, and the coloured text backgrounds that still get reach on a short update. Comments and recommendations both come back to you.

What you can publish
PAGE POST
Text, media or a link
Up to 10 files, or a link with its own preview card. Long text is fine here; the limit is generous.
REEL
Vertical video
The same asset as your Instagram Reel, published natively rather than cross-posted.
STORY
Image or short video
Scheduled, so the daily story isn’t someone’s 9am job.
The real limits
Facebook is the one network that will schedule the post on its own side. Hand it to Meta up to 30 days ahead and it publishes even if something on our end is having a bad morning.
Comments
Comments and recommendations.
Both import into the same inbox. Reply in up to 8,000 characters, and like, hide or delete any comment from the inbox. Page recommendations arrive with their full thread, which is where most of the useful complaints live.
How the inbox works →Analytics
Solid, with one gap.
Profile metrics over a rolling 30 days, post metrics for their lifetime, and audience demographics in the raw payload. Profile-level likes and comments aren’t returned, so those show as zero rather than as a guess.

Text background presets
Short updates on a coloured card still perform. The preset list is fetched live from Facebook.
Stories are schedulable
Unusual: most tools support the feed and stop there.
Recommendations are reviews
Treat them like Google reviews, not like comments. They carry the same weight with buyers.
