What you can ask it
Draft and schedule
Describe the post, name the networks and the time. It lands in your calendar as a draft or a scheduled post, one version per network.
Check the inbox
Ask what is still unanswered across comments, Google reviews and Facebook recommendations, per client or across all of them.
Draft replies
Reply drafts in the language the customer used. They wait in the inbox until someone approves them.
Pull the numbers
How did last month go, which post worked best, how many calls came from the Google listing. Straight from your stored analytics.
Update Google Business
Holiday hours, a new offer with a booking button, an answer to a new review, for one location or all of them.
Plan the week
Find the empty days in the calendar and fill them with drafts that follow your Brand profile, for you to check before anything goes out.
Safe by design
Same rules as the dashboard.
The AI client works through the same permissions, approvals and limits as a person on your team. It can’t do anything in chat that it couldn’t do in the app.
Scoped to your workspace
Your token sees your workspace and nothing else. It can’t reach another customer’s accounts, and it can’t be widened.
Approvals still apply
If a client has to approve a post, a post created from chat waits on the same approval board. Reply drafts wait in the inbox.
Same plan limits
Posts and replies from chat count the same as posts and replies from the app. Platform daily caps are enforced the same way.
Revoke in 1 click
Tokens live in Settings, Integrations & API. Delete one and the client loses access immediately.

Create a token
In EngageDigital, open Settings, Integrations & API, and create an MCP token for the workspace.

Add the server to your client
Add the EngageDigital server URL as a custom connector in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any client that supports remote MCP servers.

Ask
“What’s scheduled for this week?” is a good first question. Everything you do shows up in the dashboard too.
Questions
Which plan includes it?
Business, at $99 a month (€85 in euros), excluding VAT. It also includes the API and webhooks.
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Yes. It works with any client that supports remote MCP servers, including Claude and ChatGPT.
Can the AI publish without me?
Only where your approval rules allow it. Posts that need approval wait for it, and reply drafts wait in the inbox.
Is this the same as the built-in AI assistant?
No. The AI assistant lives inside the app on every plan. The MCP server lets the AI you already use reach your workspace from outside.
